Dominican companies to particiapte in Best of the OECS Expo

      A  number of Dominica Companies are looking to generate significant business over the next three days as they get set to participate in the “Best of the OECS” Trade Expo in St.Kitts. The June 21 –23 Expo, organized by the OECS Export Development Unit in celebration of the 25th anniversary signing of the treaty of Basseterre, will be hosted at the Marriott hotel.

     Dominican companies slated to participate include Green Mountain Flowers, The Coal Pot, Benjo’s Seamoss & Agro-processing, Harris Paints Dominica Ltd, P.W.Bellot & Co., Marinor Enterprises and DEXIA. Two top-flight entertainers, Derek: The Hunter” St. Rose and Michelle Henderson are also down to participate.

     Over 55 companies from across the OECS, representing sectors in arts & craft, light manufacturing, furniture, food & beverage, agri-business, music & film, and resort wear and uniforms, fresh produce and cut flowers will participate as exhibitors. Show organizers confirm that a number of regional and international buyers have been invited to meet and discuss business opportunities with participating companies.
