Britain's Foreign Affairs Committee publishes report on Caribbean territories

LONDON, England: Britain’s Foreign Affairs Committee (FAC) published its much-anticipated report on the British Overseas Territories on Sunday, 6 July. The FAC is appointed by the House of Commons to examine the administration, expenditure and policy of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
