FAC recommends a Commission of Enquiry for the Turks and Caicos

PROVIDENCIALES, Turks and Caicos Islands: The much-anticipated report on Britain’s Overseas Territories by the House of Commons Foreign Affairs Committee (FAC) was published on Sunday and, among numerous other recommendations, calls for the appointment of a Commission of Enquiry in the Turks and Caicos.
