VIZION releases debut USA album

If ever there is purpose, focus, determination, and if ever one has been chosen by God for his pleasure and good will, then there are no limitations .This saying can be attributed to the lives of five humble islanders who dared to dream, saw the Vizion, and are now stepping into the threshold of destiny. Their first love is nothing less than being servants of the most High God and their passion lies in the musical gifts and talents that God has endowed them with. Clearly, this brings to our minds a ministry with much good to offer, knocking on the door of success.

This crew was once members of ‘The Visioneerz,’ a group well known in their homeland, Dominica, the Nature Isle of the Caribbean. Soon, migration to the United States occurred, and with a faith-based boldness to fulfill God’s calling on their lives. Their quest for bigger things was confirmed by the spoken word of prophesy through certain ministers of the Gospel who spoke into their lives; hence, they moved toward the goal they envisioned. Nevertheless, the harsh realities and painful pangs of the first world system evoked in them a rude awakening; a phase in their lives they overcame by ‘looking toward the hills, from whence cometh their help.” These experiences solidified the group members on even more fertile ground and propelled them into an era of newness. .

They prayed, they toiled, they believed and thus “Vizion” was birthed. The turbulences they faced only deepened their faith in God, molding them into vessels fit for the master’s use as never before. Out of the bitter came forth sweet, and indeed resulting in the recent project, ‘Deep Within’. This new CD release of Vizion is a conscious, spiritual, and Holy Ghost anointed food for the soul .The essence, depth and maturity of each song, both in word and music surely leads one to take a reality check and focuses one’s attention on an awesome loving God whom mankind should not neglect. The lyrics ride on smooth, craftily-produced reggae vibrations making this work a commendable collection for good listening pleasure.

The inspiration for each of these tracks came from deep within representing who God was and is to Vizion (whether it is in their valley or mountain top experiences). Also, the songs appeal to listeners in search of, and desiring to find the ultimate answers to their hearts’ cry. Vizion is now busy creating its buzz, a sound that will soon reach the ears of those in the music industry by faith in Jesus’ name. Onstage, the group creates a tremendous impact in ministry and performance. Audience are thrilled, blessed, and treated to a tasty and sizzling repertoire of Caribbean styles, namely, Reggae, Calypso, Soca, Zouk, and its native Dominican rhythms of Cadence Lypso.Vizion insists that the lyrics sung by the group and the meditation of the group members’ hearts as they minister to listeners is acceptable in God’s eyes. Vizion is a five member crew consisting of group leader / lead vocalist Frederick ‘Mystical’ Alphonse - Kachia Darroux, backup vocalist - Juhannis ‘Rhythm daddy’ Darroux, drummer, DJ, & backup vocalist - Dorsette Lewis, keyboardist - Eddie Angol, bassist.

It’s noteworthy to mention that the band produces its own material which is original and authentic as is gets .Melody, groove, coherence, love and belief in what is done make this group stand out.
